She’s completing her PhD in Organizational Behavior with the Center of Leadership for Cultural Intelligence at Nanyang Technological University. For the past six years, she has been studying the cultural interface “where culture meet.” Specifically, she has learned how to orchestrate multicultural work environments to draw the benefits of cultural diversity and to facilitate rewarding intercultural collaborations.
