USA Volleyball is seeking a Chief Executive Officer.
The CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership and works under the general authority of the Board of Directors (Board) through its Chair and directly with management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and polices. In carrying out these responsibilities, the CEO represents USAV in three key roles:
1. As the National Governing Body (NGB) for the disciplines of beach, indoor, and sitting volleyball as recognized by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC);
2. As the National Federation (NF) for the disciplines of volleyball and beach volleyball as recognized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB); and
3. As the National Association for the disciplines of beach, indoor, and sitting volleyball through its 40 Regional Volleyball Associations (RVAs) and related governing structures.
