The Director, Business Process Solutions directs the design, development and implementation of business solutions that improve customer center performance and customer experience. Partners with resources and leadership to develop and implement short and long-term solutions to facilitate delivery of customer center strategy. Oversees strategic alignment of Sales, Service, Collections, and Quality Assurance. Designs, and monitors, execution of playbook strategy across multiple customer call center sites.
