Set clear vision and creative direction for brand voice through creation of brand standards, in collaboration with key partners and leaders. Act as a leader across the company by championing the crucial role that creative plays in the overall success of the brand and company. Plan, develop and communicate creative needs to all cross functional teams to ensure partnership and awareness of timelines, resource necessities and any outsourced/external partners in use and/or needed. Manage and oversee the Creative team, which includes a photo team, digital designers, print and packaging designers and a creative operations team.
