The Director of Operations at Explore Austin is a strategic thought-partner reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will be responsible for the following areas: Business Planning and Management, Finance and Accounting, Program Administration and Evaluation, Human Resources, Administration, and IT.
This position is full-time with benefits and bonus potential based on performance. This position reports to the CEO.
