The Marketing Communications Advisor will serve as primary point of contact for all strategic and global tools and processes across Production and Translation. Being the consistent voice of the Customer for Production and Translation, with the various agencies and partners.
Assistance with scaling assessment and operational efficiency studies and monitoring. Support Global Marketing as subject matter expert in bridging technology in process end to end. Monitor all aspects of Dell’s marketing production process, enabling streamlined communication between global and regional stakeholders. Manage direct and indirect agency resources aligned to the technology area.Support Production in securing consistent delivery of error-free, and quality results based on process flow tools and or vendor/supplier process.
