The Grand Ole Opry has been showcasing legendary country music artists for over 90 years. This iconic Nashville landmark is owned and operated by Ryman Hospitality Properties.
The Director of Facilities will plan, direct and manage facility operations for the Grand Ole Opry, including oversight of physical plant, housekeeping, maintenance and safety & security.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct all Opry facilities operations including all facilities in the Opry Entertainment complex and the departments of Maintenance, Safety & Security, Horticulture, and Janitorial Services.
- Has fiduciary responsibility for Opry operating facilities, developing and preparing both operating and capital budgets, and overseeing expenditures, and operating results, making changes as necessary to ensure budget targets are met.
- Oversee development, implementation and review of facility rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures. Ensure understanding of and compliance with all federal, state, and local rules & regulations as well as corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversight and managementof property and patron risk management programs, by maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and employees, but ensuring that all codes,laws, ordinances, risk management, rules, regulations and emergency procedures are followed and documented.
