As Director of Communications and Public Affairs, you will join a team whose job is to help REI, the nation’s largest consumer co-op, engage with all its audiences. You will have an outstanding track record in the craft of communications and integrated planning and program management across communications and marketing disciplines. You will have a deep love of the outdoors and believe in the power of purpose-driven businesses to benefit the communities they serve – and society more broadly. By providing strategic, creative and operational leadership, you will help bring the vision and mission of REI to life principally by developing and implementing external communication strategies and initiatives at an enterprise level that reinforce REI’s values, brand, business goals and industry/community leadership.
