The Sr. Manager – Learning/Creative Technical Writing is responsible for the leadership of the Creative Technical Writing team. This role will work with Business, Learning, Sales partners and Clients to identify learning/communication opportunities. The individual will assess learning/communication needs and availability. Provides strategic direction in the area of developing, project managing, deploying and supporting initiatives and product enhancements from a learning/communication perspective. Works collaboratively with leadership to understand needs, convert into learning/communication initiatives, drive learning/communication strategy and report results to stakeholders in an easily understood manner.
