The User Experience Strategist will be part of a team responsible for driving development and execution of a cohesive user experience strategy across multiple channels in the GCCX (Global Connected Customer Experience) organization including web, mobile, in-vehicle, call center and dealer. Team responsibilities include identifying and remedying gaps and inconsistencies in the current multi-channel experience as well as laying the groundwork for future UX and system design.
