The HR Learning & Development team is looking for a learning & development specialist with solid people skills and knowledge and/or experience with adult learning theory, instructional design and workshop facilitation. This position is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of business-specific learning and development programs which are aligned with the business area’s strategic direction.
