Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking an Executive Director of Workforce Development in Memphis, TN.
This is a full-time position reporting to the President. The Executive Director of Workforce development is responsible for customized curriculum development and implementation of economic development project along with local businesses and organizations. The Executive Director will analyze trends in employment and offer solutions to address any findings. He/she will work with the Academic programs of the college to insure relevance where job training and employment skills assessment are concerned.
