Designs and develops instructional material for Customer Support Operations training courses that support multiple lines of online, subscription-based businesses. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, instructional design, course development, and evaluation skills. Able to quickly and independently develop new hire and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences. Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools. Requires solid collaborative skills to work with Product Team members to determine needs of the course and appropriate methods of delivery.
