Through periodic store visitation and consistent communication the Market Director ensures stores are delivering positive results. Responsible for staffing management positions and training managers to operate stores according to standard.
They prefer someone with the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- 7+ years retail store management experience
- Multi Store/ Store manager experience preferred
