Patagonia is searching for a Benefits & Payroll Administrator in Ventura, CA.
Under general direction, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and practices covering: payroll, benefits and HRIS systems for the Company’s Ventura-based Human Resources department. S/he will provide general support to the Human Resources department covering other facets such as on-boarding, reporting and other administrative support.
